My Story

Eight years ago I was angry, dissatisfied, and consumed by my day-to-day existence. I constantly tried to fill my life with fun experiences, finding that after the fun faded, I was just as unhappy as always. On a whim, I decided to try a meditation app. I am forever grateful for that day, as it set me on a journey from meditation to breathwork, mental fitness, and coaching. It's been an incredibly rewarding path. I still get angry sometimes. I still have moments of dissatisfaction. But I know, there is an underlying base of centered peace and contentment that I will always come back to. This has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. It is an incredible honor to be granted the opportunity to share this gift with others and it has become my passion.

My vision and mission is to make the world a better place.

My mission is to empower individuals to cultivate open awareness, deep self-understanding, and authentic connection with themselves and others.  I strive to inspire a shift in consciousness towards greater compassion, kindness, and mindfulness in all aspects of life. My vision is to help create a world where every person has the tools and support they need to live a meaningful, fulfilling, and purpose-driven life, contributing to the well-being of themselves, their communities, and the planet as a whole. 

My Process

I don’t subscribe to a one size fits all philosophy.  I believe it is important to meet you where you are.  What follows is what I have found to be most effective in achieving real change.   But the reality is not everything is a good fit for everyone, so our path together will be one custom tailored for you. 


Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I help you to identify your limiting beliefs, release negative thought patterns, and tap into your inner wisdom. Together, we create a roadmap to achieving your goals and creating a life you truly love.


Learning how to properly meditate can be a life-changing experience.  The benefits are endless.   As a part of my process, mindfulness also helps prepare you for a more transformative coaching experience.


Ancient and modern breathwork practive is an excellent way to help get the mind and body prepared for transformative change.
